Returns and refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with RilaHydrogen. Our existing returns policy is based on the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and aims to provide transparency and confidence with every purchase.

Right to cancel – 14 days

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to return, the product must be in a saleable condition, show no signs of use or damage, have no missing parts and be returned in its original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival. This is to protect hygiene, functionality and safety.

Defective products

If the product arrives defective, we take responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and provide photographs or a video.

In these cases, the return is free and you can receive a replacement or a full refund.

Transport costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, courier charges are deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been accepted, a refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method.
