Using the RilaHydrogen website means that you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is true and accurate.

2. Payments

We accept cash on delivery and card payments. The courier may charge a cash-on-delivery fee under its own terms. Available payment methods depend on your delivery country and are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

For deliveries within Bulgaria, we dispatch with Econt within 1–3 working days. Processing time: 48 hours. UK delivery options are not yet available.

4. Products

Products come with a 24-month warranty, instructions for use and safety warnings.

5. Limitation of liability

RilaHydrogen is not responsible for incorrect use, damage caused by the customer or delays caused by courier companies.

6. Changes to these terms

The store may update these terms without prior notice.
